Fast and friendly service

The guy is working at this Jiffy Lube, our Real gentleman. They took care of us open the door for us gave us suggestions of how we could utilize their services for things that needed to be done on our car. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Honest, friendly, professional at Folsom

The customer service here was amazing. Everyone was friendly, and I was able to get my car in and out of there in a very time efficient manner. All the other places I had called around town had a long period of wait time, but Jiffy Lube was able to take care of me in 30 minutes. Thank you guys for awesome experience.

Had full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and had wiper blades and cabin air filter replaced. The team was fast and efficient, even with other customers before me. Will be back!

Oil change was fast and technician was professional! They included labor of installing air filter I provided at no charge.

Quick, professional and great customer service!

Showed up to get my oil changed. Gentleman greeted me promptly and very polite. Gave me the rundown of what my truck was going to need and I was in and out quickly, fantastic crew

This was better for my 1st oil change in a new car than at the dealership, both cost-wise (very significant savings) and availability (right now instead of waiting two weeks.

The guys at Folsom’s Jiffy Lube were very helpful. I went in because I was heading out on a road trip and at 20% oil life figured I’d head out fresh rather than really needing the change by the time I got back. I was also nearly due for a tire rotation, so they got that in and checked my brakes and all my fluids. They really worked quickly and I felt very secure hitting the road after all of that. Price was not bad, especially after the online coupon. I really couldn’t be more satisfied!

Quick, comfortable wait in the lobby, cold water and clean bathrooms! Shawn was quick with everything as well.

These guys are fast, reliable and honest. They could've just changed the oil without telling me I could go another 4000 miles per the manufacturer recommendation for oil they use in my car. They never complain when I just drive buy and ask them to check the oil level in my 2008 CL63. I will only take my car to this Jiffy Lube.
