The general manager, James, handled my oil change perfectly. He offered his recommendations, and I told him I didn’t want anything extra, just a base oil change. James did not keep trying to pressure me to buy stuff I didn’t want, like other locations do, and I respect him for that. More staff need to follow after him. The pushing and upselling has driven me to other service providers in the past. I would, however, come here again.

James was the reason this visit went so smoothly. He was with another customer when I arrived, but he checked in with me right away and set a clear expectation on timing, courteous and professional from the start. I didn't wait long before he was working on my car, and he kept me informed every step of the way, asking for my approval before doing anything. Before I knew it, my car was ready to go. The lobby and bathroom were spotless, and there were several outlets where I could charge my phone while I waited. Without a doubt, this is my go-to shop now. I highly recommend them, and ask for James.

They were thorough in their analysis of what my car needs to get done in the near future and assured me that I can come back anytime as a walk in to get these issues taken care of. I have never been to a Jiffy Lube and I did not realize that they replaced windshield wipers. A relative recommended them so I stopped by today. The technician, Keegan S, was very professional and provided quick service. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Always great service. Went in on a whim on a Sunday afternoon and got in and out with great service and good customer care. Always kind and caring and fast and courteous. Love coming here.

We are traveling from out of town and we were on our way to a wedding my husband and daughter are in, we heard a grinding sound and knew it was our brakes. We got to jiffy lube and Aaron and his team were on it! Aaron went above and beyond and I’m pregnant with a toddler and my husband and they offered one of their cars while ours was getting worked on to go get some breakfast. They didn’t have the parts in shop we needed but ordered them and got there so quick! They gave us such a great deal and just cared for us in every moment we were there. Mind you we were stressed out of our minds with not making it to the wedding in time but we are because of them! Thank you!!!

I am a single mom working hard and hardly making it. I went to Jiffy lube today and the manager Robert was AMAZING! He listened to my concerns , he was very knowledgeable, and he truly cares. I am very thankful for the help I received today . Thank you Robert and your team !

the process was super quick just 20 mins for my first ever oil change and changing my cabin air filter and it’s nice you can just drive up stay in your car and be done! Nathan and Jesus were the main people helping me and everyone there was all super nice and helpful, I definitely will be going back here whenever I need something else done!
