The crew at jiffy lube in Downey were EXCEPTIONAL. They were knowledgeable and expeditiously efficient. They gave recommendations without making you feel uncomfortable.

If I could I would give this shop 10 stars. I went in for a routine oil change yesterday. Later on in the evening I began to experience complications with my vehicle. Naturallly I suspect that the oil change that I recently had was done incorrectly so I called jiffy lube first thing in the morning..I'm driving home from work while I make this call and I'm explaining to Jose the issues going on with my car. Jose, being the great human that he is recognized my distress and did everything in his power to rectify the situation. Including driving over 20 miles to check out my vehicle ( at this point the car wasn't safe to drive). Long story short there was some routine issues with my car that needed to be addressed, the oil change wasn't the issue. Jose gave me great advice on how to fix the problem and even checked later in the day to make sure my car was back running good. This is what it feels like to have community. I want to add that I go to this location often although I am serviced by different ppl I always experience professional and friendly customer service.

I'm so happy I took that route home today! I saw a banner that said I needed an oil change, so I turned around to ask about the service. The guys there were really nice and answered all my questions. I was a bit anxious because I'm a woman, and sometimes people try to take advantage of female customers. I was able to sit in my car while they worked on it, which was nice. The kids and I weren’t dressed up at all, but overall, it was worth it just like they advertise on TV: you sit, get your oil changed, and then drive off while they take care of the payment first.

My go to place. Everyone is so nice and professional.
