This is my 3rd visit to Jiffy Lube in Desert Hot Springs. On each visit I fell my business is welcomed.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Desert Hot Springs. Daniel and Robert did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous, and polite throughout the entire visit. They made the process smooth and pleasant, and I really appreciate their great customer service. I truly enjoy doing business with them and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I never thought the headlights of a Nissan Quest could ever be deemed sexy but after heading over to Jiffy Lube in DHS, wow....Daniel and A. McManus worked their precision magic to the finest touch. Almost felt I wasn't allowed to drive the van with how sexy these headlights came out! Aside from looking sleek it was a huge change for visibility and such a savings compared to purchasing new headlights (on top of the actual labor of replacing them on a nissan quest, just ??) and a limited lifetime guarantee! Can't go wrong folks. Appreciate all the work, everyone was informative, respectful, professional, kind and patient. Aside from oil changes, if you're rolling out there with cataracts in your headlights, head down to jiffy lube in DHS and come out sexy!....and of course with your headlights clean, clear and ready for safer driving! Thanks yall!

Amazing service! Daniel was very welcoming, friendly and informative. He made sure I was checked in quickly and efficiently. Semaj worked quickly and professionally, completing the oil change in record time and topping off all fluids and checking levels and tire pressure. Samuel was also knowledgeable and friendly during check out. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location for fast, friendly service and fair prices!

The guys were very polite, competent and quick.

The staff here blew me away with their kindness and customer service. Genuinely good dudes who let you know what’s going on with your car without price gouging or pressuring you. They helped solve my issues for less than I expected, and the whole process only took about half an hour! I will definitely be returning to this location because it’s worth coming to a place you trust! Shoutout to Robert, he was really kind to every customer and also warned me about a tear I hadn’t noticed on my tire!

Daniel and Robert — what a team! From the phone call for an estimate to the payment, these two worked seamlessly together. During the call, I mentioned the outstanding reviews and Daniel remarked that their reputation is very important as they conduct business in a small town. Word-of-mouth advertisement is very important, he said. I mentioned that is why I was calling as my friend (a farmer from Illinois) suggested I go there for my much-needed service. I was not disappointed as these two had me in and out in a hurry, which wasn’t necessary as I’m retired — it’s just how they roll. Upon driving up, I asked for a standard oil change. Daniel quickly stated that he can not do a standard oil change as the car requires synthetic oil — 6.4 quarts to be exact. I know this and my confidence quickly increased that I had made the right choice to come to Jiffy Lube. All checks were noted and repeated as I sat leisurely in my car. The hardest part of the entire process was removing the paper backing from the new Jiffy Lube sticker for my windshield — an easy problem to fix. To franchise ownership, please ensure these two are compensated appropriately as they ran the entire business by themselves — quickly and efficiently! Thank you — I’ll be back!

Amazing and trustworthy. Daniel the manager was very informative. Took my Mercedes there and felt they did everything to double check their work. I didn’t trust Jiffy Lube for a long time but this one can be trusted. Ask for Daniel as he will make sure the job gets done and he seems to have a very vast knowledge of Cars.

They all started with a call for a price check on an oil change on my 2023 Jeep gladiator. From the very beginning, Daniel answered the phone very professional. It did not end there. I mentioned to Danielle, that I was OK with the price and that I would probably be stopping by For the service. I did exactly that stopped by an immediate that was greeted by Daniel. Immediately he mentioned that it was a drive-through service they provide here and we could go ahead and just sit and relax in our car. His attitude never stopped, making me feel welcomed. He explained everything detailed by detail from the service he would provide and the way the receipt would be. They're actually still working on my car as I speak. I'm super happy super satisfied. My son and my wife are with me and this is easy breezy. Way to go Daniel I love the way. He's just getting his entire team involved.
