This was my first time using the drive-through service at Jiffy Lube in Desert Hot Springs, California, and I was very impressed! The whole experience was great from beginning to end. From the moment I pulled in, the greeter—I believe his name was Ty—was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me a good breakdown of what my car needed without making me feel pressured. The technicians were also very friendly, professional, and efficient. I was so pleased with the service that I ended up bringing both of my cars in on the same day! Everything was quick, easy, and handled with great customer service. Overall, I had an excellent first experience. A big thank you to Ty and the entire team for taking such good care of both of my vehicles. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and professional service. Five stars!
