My go to oil change . They recommend what you need but don’t try to up sale .once your car has been there a few times all you have to say is “ same as last time”. Been going here for years and will keep coming back . Great team they have working there!

Seriously such a great experience. Frank, the store manager, was so friendly and helpful. He took the time to help me figure out what was going on with my tire and even checked my windshield washer fluid while I was there. The location is super convenient, and I was literally in and out in about five minutes. Everyone was so kind, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people instead of just rushing you through. I really appreciated it and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Frank! :)

Fast reliable service, quick easy oil change, no issues highly recommend it, I brought my own oil and filter since I prefer restore and protect Valvoline oil, but I would recommend their full oil service for any car that doesn't require high mileage oil like my car does Check jiffy lube out if you're in need of oil or any other service they'll do right by you and your baby/vehicle ????

Man, went to jiffy lube for a check engine light. The gentleman helping me noticed the problem right away (- worn out gas cap) he instructed me how to fix it in the most saving money way possible. Took care of that right away. I was in and out of there right away. Great service! The Manager David is an expert in his profession and made sure I received the best service possible. Definitely worth it and definitely going back. Thank you.

Thorough and rapid service, this location is always very efficient.

I get an oil change and tires rotation done here all the time. They have a great working team here. They're very friendly and professional. Thank you for doing a great job. I highly recommend this Location.

This is my go-to spot. When I visited last time, I was told they were busy and there would be a wait because they were short staffed . The worker suggested I may want to return later. I asked how long the wait time would be and they said 30 minutes, which is a normal wait time in my experience Strangely there were no other customers and I was the only one in the waiting room. There were two people working that I had counted and no other cars in the other bays. My car was serviced in 30 minutes or slightly less time. No complaints about the visit besides getting the impression the worker would rather I return on a later day. However both workers were pleasant, professional, and polite.

When something unforseen goes wrong, and instead of making excuses, Jiffy Lube dove in to resolve the issue. A fuse was apparently dislodge causing sensors and locking mechanisms to not work. Communication was key, responsibility was never denied and the buck was never passed. They restored my faith in the human race. Thank you to Dave, John and Leo in Pomona and to Frank and crew in Covina. What could have been a nightmare was resolved with the utmost professionalism.
