RJ is the man! He really goes out of his way to make sure the whole process of taking care of your car is an easy and good experience. Each time I have been to this business, the service has been prompt, hassle free and all the staff has been very friendly. Good, honest old fashioned customer service that is hard to find these days. Thanks for keeping me on the road and I’ll back. Bravo!

Some of the best customer service you will find anywhere. The people who work there are attentive and careful. You are always greeted with a friendly hello. The prices for the excellent service you get are very fair. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube since the 80's!

I left here after my oil change asking how I can best help get the word out about how great of an experience I had. RJ and the team were incredible. Super friendly, professional, not pushy at all, and genuinely wanted to help me. I live in Irvine and will go out of my way to Costa Mesa to have the guys work on my car! Definitely recommend!

Both RJ and James are awesome! They’re always, always in a good mood, working fast and always attentive. I’ve just arrived here for an oil change less than an hour before closing, and even then, RJ was super friendly and welcoming. He did a quick check over all my tires, letting me know I still have a lot of life in them. He didn’t try to sell if I didn’t need them now :-) James came over very organized, making sure I’ve got the proper reminder for my next change. Great attitude! I think he even cleaned a little around my engine with the little blower hose. All my fluids got topped off, underneath my car inspection, battery checked, air top-up for my tires, another quick inspection under the hood, maybe more provided. He made sure my oil light was reset, and reset old service lights that already got addressed. Above and beyond service. I really like the guys at this place: positive, fast, and competent! Before I knew it, the job is done and I’m off to my next errand. :) Highly recommended. My car is running great. Eric the manager, please give these hardworking guys a fat raise.
