I had a great experience coming to jiffylube. From the start of my phone call before I came in. I had called to get an oil change/ coolant flush. Once I arrived. They remembered my car over the phone. Ask for keys and started bringing it into the bay. Quick and fast service just as advised. They showed me my cabin and engine air filter. Recommend me the change which I followed through with. I arrived maybe 9:30 ish and car is ready by 9:50. I’m very satisfied with the customer service and professional from all the techs. I will recommend anyone to this place. Price was not bad either. Way better than the VW dealership in cat city.

Great service, fast friendly and knowledgeable. The manager and mechanic on site were able to diagnose my alternator problem within minutes when the dealership charged me $300 and was still unaware of the problem.
