I got into Jiffy Lube at 6:40, when they close at 7:00. The guy mopping the floor walked out towards my truck and greeted me with a smile. I asked if they had time to do an oil change, although I got there late in the day. He said, "Of course! It only takes 15 minutes. Go ahead and pull your truck up to the bay." A second guy, Christian greeted me and asked how I was doing. Then asked permission to open the driver's door to scan the vin# and asked me to read him the mileage. We went inside to discuss oil options and any other services I may want. Once the truck was nearly done, Christian showed me my dirty air filter (which he had on the waiting room counter) and asked if I wanted to buy a new filter. He also went over the other findings on my truck (i.e. power steering fluid levers, air pressure in my tires, and any light bulbs that were out), we finalized the bill. My 2005 Tundra Double Cab takes 6.6 quarts of oil, so it was $112.00 after my $35 coupon I found online. The service was great- very professional. The price was quite high.

August was absolutely amazing. Extremely fast, polite and professional. There was another guy who greeted me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, but, unfortunately, I did not get his name. The team was professional, explained all things that needed attention, but never felt pushy. Thank you for a quick and professional service!!

Excellent service and extremely kind staff. The manager was amazing from start to finish. I couldn’t have been there for more than 20 minutes before they completed the job. The staff let me know about a dirty cabin filter and provided very reasonably priced replacement options. 10/10, I’ll be taking my vehicles here as long as I’m in the Citrus Heights area.

Update: Hello fellow jiffy lubbers, I must share this critical update! The day after my glowing review, I set forth upon the king’s highway only to discover that the skid cover beneath my noble chariot had not, in fact, been reattached. It dragged dramatically upon the pavement like a wounded knight’s shield, announcing my arrival to every citizen within a three-block radius and ensuring I was fashionably late for work. For a brief moment, I questioned whether this was a bold new aerodynamic feature or perhaps performance art. However, upon my return to Jiffy Lube they mentioned someone had indeed jiffed up and alas my skid cover was quickly reattached. Now, did I receive a complimentary bottle of oil for my troubles? No. Still 5 stars for the homies. ___ If Shakespeare wrote automotive reviews, he’d call this place “The Jiffiest Lube That Ever Jiffied.” 10/10. Would trust these legends with my car, my lawnmower, and possibly my emotional well-being.

This is my go to spot. Everybody is very polite on point the girls there that run the show know what they’re doing.

I stopped in on the way home, and was given prompt, polite, and professional service.

Jiffy Lube is always fast and has great service but today they went above and beyond and check why my check engine light was on. She even wrote the code down for me. They never push unnecessary spending and I’m always very satisfied w their services

They were fast and reasonably priced. My only issue is that the sticker for my next service was completely smeared and illegible. Otherwise a great experience. I will go back again.

I have to say that I DIDN'T get my car serviced here; but I would have. I was in a time crunch and when I pulled up I saw 4 cars waiting, and 2 cars already in the bays. I was immediately greeted by a tall gentleman, Charlie. He was very friendly, welcoming, and upfront with the wait time. I was quoted approximately an hour wait time. I mentioned that maybe I'd be back and rather than just thank me for stopping in, he made sure to let me know their hours and that if I were to return to be sure to do so about an hour before closing to make sure I "get in". Today's customer service, or lack there of, isn't like that anymore. He made me want to go back just because he was kind, welcoming, and he seemed to care. I will definitely keep this business in mind for next time.
