Great service

Fast and easy

My car is 29 years old now, but I’ve only had it for the last 12 years. I came in for an oil change and I needed help with my transmission as it had started not wanting to change gears. I bought some transmission fluid and brought it with me just in case Jiffy Lube would be able to help me with that. Everyone at the E St. location was fantastic. Friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things to me. I was given a very fair price for the flushing of my transmission. They even went to the trouble to drive my car around the block to try and make sure that the transmission was operating properly after it had been flushed. I’m very thankful for and happy with the service that I received from Jiffy Lube today… I was made to feel that I mattered as a customer. Thank you so much to all of you..2/24/26

Let me just start with this was a great way to start my new year! Initially I went to my dealership to get my car serviced but they were charging an arm, leg and some organs ??????? (I know it doesn’t sound like a great start but bare with me lol) so I decided to get a second opinion here and I am impressed! They found things wrong with my car that my dealership didn’t even catch! I have this clicking sound when I turn and my dealership said it was fine but Ariel is amazing and went the extra mile to see if she could figure out the issue and low a behold I need a realignment because one of my control arms are loose ??????? but thank god for the knowledge! On top of all that I’m embarrassed to admit but she found all my filters were black lol she did all this and changed my oil in 30 mins AND the price was so affordable I couldn’t believe it! My new go to spot! The rest of the staff is also incredibly kind and willing to help with no judgement as well! If you haven’t stopped by you definitely should! 10 stars! ??

Needed a last minute light bulb change before our trip to Mammoth. We brought our own light bulb and Amanda was the goat for changing it in less than 5 minutes. Easy work! Thank you Amanda and Jiffy team. I appreciate y’all. I’ll be back for that oil change too!

This location provides excellent, efficient, service. JiffyLube is really a great place to receive an oil change. Occasionally, the staff is busy and unable to service right away, so I don't recommend coming here while in a hurry. Overall great service ????

My service here was great. Everyone here was super helpful. They let me stay in my vehicle while it was getting serviced, they didn't force upgrades on me. I got a premium oil change. Thursday 6/2/25 at 9:29am. I was pulling away from jiffy lube in Chula Vista whenn my drive train on my 2007 honda CR-V broke ??. I pulled into the gast station right next to the shop. I had the guys come over and see ?? if they could help me figure what was wrong with it. They drove it back to jiffy lube. They told me it was the drive ?? shaft and invited me to have a look see under my Honda. They let me wait in their parking lot for as long as I needed to, to get it towed.

I needed to change my oil and found this location was open until 7pm. Isaac helped me, he was friendly, courteous and nice. Isaac cleaned my windshield while I waited and did a great job! Manuel changed my oil, thank you! I was out in 15 minutes!!! Great location! Great service!

I usually go here for my oil change because they are very nice and professional here. They go the extra mile here with their service and gestures. I would highly recommend, also they are usually pretty damn fast too!
