I can’t say enough good things about Alex and his team at Jiffy Lube in Chula Vista. I pulled in for an oil change just five minutes before closing, and instead of making me feel rushed or inconvenienced, they welcomed me with a smile and took great care of me. I’m sure they were ready to head home after a long day, but you would never have known it from the way they treated me. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service really stood out. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely puts the customer first, even at the end of the day. Thank you, Alex, and the entire crew, for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for honest, friendly, and efficient service!

Quick and perfect service

Wow! Love this place- there is another oil change place right by my house but they take forever and super expensive. This Jiffy Lube is by far the best one yet- in and out in a flash and the technicians are friendly and always ready to answer any questions about your vehicle. 5 star service hands down!

I have went to my Car Manufacturer Service Shop, and many others but this location is the best experience I have ever had with an Auto Service Center. I was in and out in under 15 minutes despite being 1 of 6 cars in the bays. I cannot thank the staff at The E Street Jiffy Lube enough. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Outstanding and courteous service. I will certainly return for my next oil change. This is the 10th time I have used Jiffy Lube, and I have been very satisfied. They gave me the oil options, including full synthetic, which I chose. The price varies for these options. They also accepted my coupon and applied it to the bill. Rapid service and employee communications training are well reflected. Other companies should take notice of this company and this facility.

Fast and easy

My car is 29 years old now, but I’ve only had it for the last 12 years. I came in for an oil change and I needed help with my transmission as it had started not wanting to change gears. I bought some transmission fluid and brought it with me just in case Jiffy Lube would be able to help me with that. Everyone at the E St. location was fantastic. Friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things to me. I was given a very fair price for the flushing of my transmission. They even went to the trouble to drive my car around the block to try and make sure that the transmission was operating properly after it had been flushed. I’m very thankful for and happy with the service that I received from Jiffy Lube today… I was made to feel that I mattered as a customer. Thank you so much to all of you..2/24/26

Nico has Greatest customer service I've seen in oil shop ever. He holds the door open for me even though I'm not a lady. Very honest shows me what's going along with very considerate person for others! going to make a great boss someday.. thanks Nico
