I always enjoy my local jiffy lube! I've been coming here for years. I appreciate how they don't push and try to sell me on things they just do what I ask.

Been getting my oil changed here for last 2-3 years there prices have gone up but there quality of care is one of the best in Chico so you still get your moneys worth.

Guys are great, cleaned all the oil off so no drips on the driveway. Wish they would do boat outboard engine oil change, I be there tomorrow again.

I took my car in 4 minutes before I had a conference call. The guys were great getting me in quickly so I could go on my call. Instead of coming up to me and talking while I was on my conference call they simply waved at me to get my attention so I could push the mute button. They were very quick, polite, respectful and friendly. A+++++

The were kind and didn't push unnecessary services or products on me. Car was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Jiffy Lube on Mangrove does an outstanding job. It’s the only place I go.

These people are awesome. They vacuum the front floors and wash the windshield. Wittmier doesn't do shit but maybe change the oil. Kudos to jiffy lube Chico! Daniel

Efficient..pleasant

They were very fast and efficient. The technician did leave some oil fingerprints on my inside door. On a plus side he did a quick vacuum of my mats. Only question I have is I paid for the 7,000 miles oil change but my car says 5,000. It didn't get reset right.

I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for my oil changes for years and every experience has been great! The staff is always incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They always do the fastest oil changes! Last time I was there a total of 15 mins! It’s hard to find places with great customer service these days, and this team consistently delivers. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and trustworthy service!

I went for an oil change but I have been having some recent car troubles including a screeching noise coming from the front of my car so I asked them if they could look at it, they let me know the problem and recommended me to places on where to go. Everyone was super sweet and they even vacuumed my car which that ain’t never happen before so that was cool. Oil change to no longer then 15 minutes! I think they said that my car was on synthetic oil so the price was overall fairly cheap including tax like $118

Oil change took less time than advertised! I was very pleased by the helpful and charming employees.

Experience was great in and out in about 15 minutes and that day I actually had to bring in both of my vehicles and it was a smooth process.

They are really good about keeping you posted on the work, and the cost along the process. Fast and very professional
