I come to the cathedral city location on Ramon for every oil change. They are always very friendly, patient, and efficient. If I have any questions they are always helpful. Today Alfredo Prince made the experience above and beyond, he is a great manager and leader for the location and company.

I was the first customer of the day. Alfredo greeted me kindly and got my car set up right away for an oil change and tire rotation. The whole process was quick and easy which is why I come here. They also let me know that my coolant was low and topped it off for $5. Thank you, Jiffy Lube and Alfredo for taking care of my car and, therefore, me and my family.

The service was impressively quick, and the staff was not only professional but also attentive and courteous throughout. They demonstrated real expertise and offered me a range of options without being pushy or overbearing. I was able to get multiple services done in a single visit, and I have to say, the waiting time was surprisingly short. Prices are reasonable too. I'm definitely making this my new go-to shop for car maintenance.

This store is great. On Ramon near between cathedral canyon and date palm. These guys know what they are doing and are problem solvers. In and out in ten minutes and no hard sales or BS pitches!! They will take good care of you.

Quick easy and affordable oil change service ! My favorite place to go

I want to share the amazing experience I had at Jiffy Lube. During my usual oil change, the manager Alfredo P, was able to detect a gas leak in my car. Due to the severity of the leak, he made sure my car was checked carefully by a mechanic to ensure my safety. We were able to get a tow truck and have the dealer check and fix the leak. I want to say thank you, especially for going beyond in ensuring people are safe. Again thank you!!

I went my girlfriend to get her oil change and the guys were flipping AWESOME!! Alfredo, Jonathan… so helpful, quick and actually had us laughing the whole time. Hands down the BEST Jiffy I’ve been to.

I went in for a basic oil change. And everywhere I went was either completely booked or by appointments only. And drove by this Jiffy Lube on Ramon rd in Cathedral city. And they were completely welcoming and polite. I had told them that I just recently moved back to the Coachella Valley 2 months ago. and i was shopping around for prices and availability. So Praise God they were both friendly, available, and very reasonable in price. And my first impression and experience was great and very professional towards me. This company definitely has a great team running this location. And what ever this company is paying them, is most definitely Not enough. They definitely deserve a raise. The hole team!! Great customer service!!
