Just needed an air filter changed but they were all friendly and helpful and they did it quick. They made me feel like I was a priority.

Competent, efficient, professional service. Excellent for preventive maintainance services in general. Not at all limited to oil changes. Compared very favorably with the maintainance service offered by my car (Kia) dealer, both in quality and price.

Excellent customer service and great pricing. Came in for an oil change, which was executed swiftly. Before getting rung up, the manager kindly offered to check my engine lights and that’s just above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced in any oil change company before. The oil change was also significantly less expensive than one I had done elsewhere. Even before the coupon was applied it was much less. I love a good value.

I just had my oil changed and tires rotated this morning. The staff was friendly and completed the work in about 30 min. However, I'm only giving 4 stars because the ESTIMATE they emailed to me says the total should be: $86.99 synthetic oil + $39.99 tire rotation = $126.98 However, I was charged $112.99 for synthetic oil which is $30 more than the estimated amount. Plus antifreeze was added for $1.00, making the total cost $153.98. This is $27 more than the estimate. Luckily I had downloaded 2 discounts on the website which totaled $30, so I actually came out ahead by $3. However this bait & switch treatment with customers just doesn't sit right with me and makes me think I cannot trust their estimates. A better solution would be for Jiffy Lube to practice a policy of 'under promise and over deliver' instead of the other way around.

I went in for an oil change. They meant it when they said they’d be done in 15 minutes. Felt even faster than that! The employees were efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable.

This Jiffy Lube location is better than most places in Los Gatos for oil changes. The employees are professional, focused on their work, and not chatting among themselves. Most importantly, they don’t try to upsell unnecessary services or assume they can sell anything just because they’re dealing with a female customer. I don’t mind the drive to Camden for quality service.

I’m not a fan of corporate chains of anything, but this particular Jiffy Lube on Camden Avenue, everything is always great. I happen to know that my car is in really good shape and they never try to pull anything to make it seem otherwise.

Ask the prices of recommended add ons. They showed me a dirty cabin air filter (which was dirty) asking if I wanted it replaced. I mistakenly agreed without asking the price. They charged me $60 for an air filter that can be purchased for 10$ and put in myself in about 3 mins. Quality oil change for a good cost but they make their money off overpriced extras.

Great place to take care of your vehicle needs,you don't need to make an appointment like other places where you make an appointment thinking that by the fact that you had an appointment is going to help you with a faster service but you end up waiting for hours .good quality and timely service I strongly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I went here because we are planning a trip to the Sequoias, so we wanted to make sure our car had all the proper fluids and not break down. Ivan the manager, is really helpful and there is a Taco Bell across the street where we barely had to wait for 15 mins before it was ready (although we went on a Monday early afternoon). Professional, fast service and highly recommend. Thank you.
