Zachary had a grand personality & informative. He was pleasant, not a pushy salesman who showed us our filters and gave us a quote on tires.

I was pleased with the service I received. They told me I was next after a big truck and gave an estimated time. I waited inside the waiting room. It had cool air and was clean. The people working there were extremely nice and polite.

(AKA Tina Araya) Excellent experience at this location today. Zachary was quite helpful, friendly, professional and clearly communicated my estimate and explained recommended services. Zach represented this business so well! I truly appreciated that they accepted an online discount that another Camarillo location had refused. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The waiting room was clean and air-conditioned keeping me comfortable while I waited. This location is farther from home, but I am more than willing to drive a little extra to get outstanding service at this location. I highly recommend them. PS..I had to return for an air filter change a few days later and got the same exceptional service.

Again, the store was busy when I arrived, had to wait about 45 minutes get in. Overall happy with the service, I just wish they wouldn't be so aggressive with the upselling. I had my air cabin filter and air filter replaced about 3,000 miles ago (at this same store) and they tried to convince me I needed to replace them. When I said no and pointed out to them that they just replaced those items 3,000 miles ago, they acknowledged it and then went on to try to sell me a battery. This high pressure type of upselling does not make me want to come back, but seems to be the standard business model for Jiffy Lube.

I went to the Camarillo Jiffy Lube on this location! The Assistant manager, Jose Sanchez (JCS3) that came from Thousand Oaks! To help out team members from this Location ! He helped me change my oil! And put air on my tire ??! JiffyLube was the only place that was willing to help me out! Ten ?? on The assistant Manger!! Thank you ??
