Eileen & Anthony were pleasant & explained everything very well

First time using JiffyLube. Heard they were fast and efficient, but when I got there they were super nice, explained the whole process to me, and were extremely thorough. Anthony and Fatim helped me out with my oil change and they were fantastic. In and out of there in 15 min!

Fatim and Carlos were so helpful and quick!

I had my oil changed today. It was a great experience. I’m in the business of customer service and Nicholas Twaddell Went above and beyond. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube. This situation changed my mind. This is at least the best store I’ve been to thanks to Nicholas. I will definitely be coming back. It is an hour away from where I live, and I will definitely be going back. Thank you.

The service has been amazing, the communication is great and I feel informed about all of my options. As they go through each checkpoint they let me know what’s looking good and if it’s not looking good what services that they offer.

Little bit expensive but thorough Eileen gave great customer service. I’ll pay the extra because it’s fast easy and you never have to get out the car. I did my truck a week ago at pep boys it took forever
