So thankful for the Jiffy Lube on Columbus Pkwy they’re always quick & professional! I’ve been going to them for years with my dog & trust my car is taken care of. The location is perfect! We enjoy a walk & can get coffee or lunch while they take care of us!

Friendly, respectful, courteous. They greeted me when I arrived and were efficient. Even held the door open for me to go into the waiting room. All said hi or thanked me for coming in. Out of the different jiffy lube and other Lyft inspection places, this place is at the top. I think I will just go here from now on.

Great team – everybody was involved in dealing with my Italian car and making sure that all the lights were reset everything looked good and even some little details that were not part of the oil change were attended to. Will be back 10/10 times.

They did a full inspection and detected a battery problem. It was within warranty and I got it fixed that day. Thorough and diligent work.

I've been coming here for years for the 3 cars we have, mostly for oil change. I usually call ahead to ask how long the wait is, and overall, the service is good. They used to top-off all fluid, but jiffy lube had stopped that. I also learned to asked them to not pull out the air filter since my brother does that for me. Overall, it's great for oil change!
