I want you to know my experience at this Jiffy Lube on California Avenue was outstanding. If you are looking for professional service that you can trust, stop searching! This is it! I went in today for an oil change and oil filter service after another shop couldn’t complete the job. When I called them, Mark (Assistant Manager) was super patient and attentive on the phone and didn’t pressure me with upsells. When I went there, Mike (the Manager) greeted me immediately and made the entire visit very smooth. Peter (the Technician who completed the job) handled the oil filter replacement efficiently, and in the end, Martin was the one who took time to answer all my questions. He explained my brake pad thickness, tire condition, and future brake service needs in detail. Throughout the entire visit, my experience was honest, thorough, and customer-focused. As skeptical as I usually am about auto mechanics, I must admit this time I truly received the best service I’ve ever received at an auto shop. I highly recommend them. Thank you for a job well done and thank you for prioritizing your customers' expectations. No doubt I will be back. You won my busiess!

I went to Jiffy, lube, because I used to work for them long time ago in san fernando valley when it was pit stop and jiffy lube bought five of their locations i needed my oil done on my mercedes , and I know it was cheaper there than taking it to them mercedes dealer they get a good job.That's why I will come back and bring my other vehicles.Thank you guys

Very quick and easy. everyone was nice. Just a heads up though expect to pay a little more than the base line price!! It wasnt a problem though it was worth it. I will be back. I hate doing my own oil changes so the price was great. Of you want to be in and out in 25 minutes including payment go here when they're not busy and avoid the dealerships long wait time.

Quick and easy service! I always love that they actually talk with you when asking about any new service or even answering questions about your vehicle. Great office waiting area as well.

On our way from Santa Cruz to Vegas my AC went out and while that is not usually a great event ending up at this Jiffy Lube was. Martin was very professional, he was up front with what the service and price was, what they were doing and the timeline. We were in and out within a few hours with a fixed car.

I took my 2001 Ford mustang and spent $100 on an oil change, drove my car for a week before I lost all oil pressure and car started to knock, I took it down the jiffy lube on California avenue and they showed me that there was no oil in car, I got new oil and oil filter for $64... Car is running great and they didn't try to say other things were wrong and try to work me... I highly recommend this place to everyone... I will only take my car to them for any future problems... They are trust worthy.

The team promptly assessed my vehicle and replaced the damaged tire with a high-quality spare. They took the time to explain the work performed and provided valuable advice on maintaining tire health. The repair was completed within the estimated time frame, and my car was returned to me in excellent condition.

They forgot to reset my oil %. I figured it out, and it was easy, but usually they do it for me. I learned something new today, though!

Arrival Time: 11:57 PM Technician: Rafael Service Requested: Oil change I arrived just before midnight and was immediately greeted by Rafael. I let him know I brought my own oil and filter, and he got right to work without any hassle. The service was impressively quick—less than 30 minutes from start to finish. There were only a couple of other cars ahead of me, which helped speed things up. Rafael was friendly, respectful, upbeat, and professional throughout the visit. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and I appreciated his attitude and attention to detail. Overall, I left very satisfied with the experience and would definitely return for future services.

Amazing place quick and very respectful

These guys are professional and quick. I don’t know what more you could ask for walked in there with the check engine light left with no check engine light on and they topped off my pool and power steering fluid no problem.

Rockstar crew. Super fast, everything done right. Drove 10 straight hours immediately after the service and made it just fine over a pass at 8000ft and into Flagstaff on a snowy night. Everything was perfect. Tires felt right, engine felt right, windshield was clear with new wiperblades. Knocked out in about 30min (maybe even less). Great job.
