Sergio was great!

The people at Jiffy Lube were very knowledgeable and helpful. I got an oil change which I needed and had another problem that they were not able to take care of. They checked it out and gave me information on what it could be and where I could get it taken care of.

Service was great and staff is great. The waiting area was terrible. Chairs are hard and the room is dirty. Very hot also. But service and staff was great.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.i didn't have time to finish my free cup of coffee. They are the BEST!

I always worry even when I return to a Jiffy lube because sometimes when personnel changes the service is not always consistent. I was very happy to see that Sergio had returned as the manager of the Atwater Jiffy lube. Now I have no reservations about going there or referring friends and family there. I know that I will get top notch service and never have unnecessary services recommended.

Sergio and team stepped up when I dropped in, and I felt much safer on my 2 hour drive home. I'd completely lost track of maintenance on my filters, but their inspection turned up some components in dire need of replacement. No high pressure, simply sharing the information, and respectful and friendly throughout the process. Their shop is near my daughter's house, and I'll likely plan to have my next oil change while visiting my family in Atwater!

I went there today for the very first time for my car service and I couldn't be more pleased with their service, pricing, professionalism, and friendliness throughout the process. They were also happy to clean my car inside and out. I'd definitely use them again. I highly recommend!!

I always go to the Jiffy Lube in Atwater. Every time I’ve gone there are always new people. I mentioned it to the new manager & he assured me that he is there to stay. I like a bit of consistency & I told him that’s good business & he also reassured me he’s hiring the best people to work there. I appreciated his honesty & sincerity.

Went in for an oil change for my son.these guys that work here are very polite, and do a professional job,and fast and efficient, I'd highly recommended this place in Atwater to anyone..I also got my bulb changed out.fair prices as well. Thank you guys, wished I could remember your names.

The young men that helped me were ever so polite and friendly and helpful. They listen and took care of my car and helped me out with a noise I heard and set me up to take care of the problem. I think they do and AWESOME job very courteous. Super job.???????

I have been going to jiffy lube for many years and the employees are always very professional and kind.

They do a good job there but they’re way too expensive right now just to get a oil change is $100. That’s ridiculous.

I was driving back to Oklahoma and needed fresh oil before I proceeded. A diesel motor requires more oil and it was Sunday and hard to get serviced. I called Jiffy Lube and they said they can take care of it. When I was there they also did an inspection of my air filter and cabin air filter and found I had to bad low beam head lamp. The waiting room was clean with complimentary coffee and water. The rest room was clean. After the oil change they let me verify the level of the oil is correct. I'm glad I didn't have to get dirty and try to do an oil change without tools and then try to find somewhere to dispose of around 17 quarts of used motor oil.

The young man took video of my undercarriage from under the hoist. I appreciated all the time he took to thoroughly explain his recommendations for work that should be done. All 3 young men were very professional and respectful. I’ve been using Jiffy Lube in Atwater since they opened for this very reason.

Every experience I’ve had here has been great! The gentlemen who work here are always willing to help with quick great service! Thank you!
