Great Customer service

Came in with engine light on and a clunking sound. The team diagnosed a misfire, changed my oil, honored a coupon, and sent me on my way back home to San Francisco - 6.5 hr drive - with confidence. I had to wait my turn - about an hour - and they were done shortly thereafter. Great group of guys. Highly recommend.

They are all very nice and helpful. Didn't have to wait to get checked in. I dropped off the car and went to have breakfast and they called as soon as my car was done.

Excellent service, Mr. Marco is always very professional and explains everything very well to any questions you ask him about the vehicle.

This place was awesome both technicians where professional and walked my daughter on the essentials ,since she is a new driver, when she visits. I really appreciated that.

At this location, they don’t just tell you what you need done, they show you. I’ve taken my cars here for work for last 4 years, and I’m never disappointed, and never feel like I spent too much money.

Alex was amazing. Very understandable and he was able to assist me with my car. Definitely I place I would recommend to anyone .

This location was very professional and friendly. The mechanics took the time to go over the service and listen to requests. They were fast but didn’t seem like they were rushing. I would come back to this location.

Went in for a routine oil change and, once again, had a great experience. Marco and his crew were professional, honest, and easy to work with. They pointed out a few things to keep an eye on without being pushy or trying to upsell me. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured. It’s refreshing to deal with people who are genuinely honest. I’ve sent friends and family here and they all agree, this place is solid. Will definitely keep coming back.

Great and fast experience. The staff were amazing but one of the most expensive places for a synthetic oil change. With the price it makes it a one star.

It was raining and cold. Fortunately, it was dry and warm in the waiting room. When I arrived there were 4 people waiting ahead of me. The staff were professional and helpful. Waiting was comfortable and the oil change was completed quickly and discount coupon applied!! Very satisfied.

I’ve always been a Jiffy Lube customer for years. I recently came to this location for the second time. Each time, the entire team is extremely kind, patient and professional. They make the process so effortless and I appreciate how they show me all the checkpoints of when they look at my car.

The service was great! They were able to get everything I needed done quickly and were so nice and polite.

My go to place to get my oil changed . These guys are quick, thorough, and friendly- they even wash my windshield and back window, and get me ready for the road.

The jiffy lube process is very simple. You drive up they scan your vehicle bar code and they asses what you need. They do a great job. I’m willing to do my own oil changes but I rather not. Thank jiffy lube. Thanks for the coupons.
