Great guys making it right!!

best oil change place i’ve been to in agoura. been coming back for years and they always do a great job

I’m honestly so impressed, I actually went back twice last month. They got me in and out in under 20 minutes for a basic oil change which is crazy fast for a drive in place... The guys up front were super chill and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, which I really appreciate because Jiffy Lube usually makes me feel rushed or pressured. Then last week they even offered to top off my windshield fluid and check my tire pressure for free while I waited, seriously nice touch that not everywhere would bother with. I drive a lot for work and this is probably the smoothest experience Ive had getting an oil change in Agoura for years... Im not going back to anyone else.

Exceptional customer service

I have been coming to this Agoura Hills Jiffy Lube for over 15 years to get my car's oil changed. On my recent visit, Jouse and Paul took care of my car. They were very nice, honest, and professional. The entire process only took 20 minutes! I am so glad we have such a great shop here in Agoura. Highly recommended

This is the third time I have had my oil changed here, wonderful experience! Paul and Christopher were so kind and helpful. I knew I needed my battery replaced soon and upon testing it Paul asked if I was aware, and I was. I said that I needed to take it in for a new battery at Costco and he informed me that JL can do that too, I had no idea. I was in and out in about 35 minutes for both an oil change and a new battery. They solved all of my problems and quickly and I am so grateful. Thank you!
