The Jiffy Lube at Grant and Silverbell always provides excellent service. Corey and Isaac were wonderful and went out of their way to provide detailed advice and tips on keeping my vehicle in top shape, and never tried to get me to buy additional services. I have been using this location for years because the staff are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and I trust them.

The friendly and professional customer service provided by Isaac and Miguel was greatly appreciated on a Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend this oil change shop.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. I came in needing a thorough inspection so I could take my vehicle back to the dealership and address ongoing concerns, and this team truly delivered. They took the time to carefully look over everything, explained what needed attention, and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. What stood out most was that they didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. They focused on helping me understand what was actually going on with my car. Because of them, I feel much more confident going back to the dealership and advocating for the repairs that need to be addressed. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right, and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Andrew, Miguel, Juan, and Corey for your professionalism and for making me feel confident and taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and recommending you to friends and family.

First of all, these guys always show amazing professionalism, kindness and provide great service. Yes, it’s a little pricier than somewhere like BrakeMasters, but it’s well worth it!! You don’t get out of your car? See what they’re doing? CAN BRING YOUR DOG??? Which brings me to my next point ?? I brought my pup and omg. I woulda paid them as much as I did just solely for the love they gave my pup lmaoooo. He LOVES them. At one point (when they were wrapping up), they were standing about two feet from my car talking to him.. and he started crying ?? he’s half husky.. so very emotional, loves attention, knows how pretty he is.. he was just over the moon with everyone giving him and the pets and kisses hahaha Anyways! Always 5 star service. I have never went to Jiffy Lube and received anything less. ESPECIALLY this location. The men (and women! There was a lady there! Lol) working there are total sweethearts. When I tell you.. I roll up there with an EMBARRASSMENT of a car ?? dirty, beat up, smashed, clearly needs much attention.. and I’m treated like I’m in a Ferrari! I know that’s all part of the customer service, but it’s appreciated ?? since I’m embarrassed of my ride lmao. Oh! It’s also Saturday today.. I RAN out the door hoping I’d beat the crowd. There was someone waving a sign that said, “no wait!” It was true! Lol pulled right in, they got to work right away and had me driving off in no time at all. Just A+ for this location— ALWAYS! Thank you guys!

A big thank you to Andrew and Cory for making my experience fast, but efficiently. After a long work day I was dreading taking my car in for an oil change, but my experience at this location went smoothly. They were friendly and helpful during my service. I will definitely return in the future.

Everyone was great and so nice. As a female I felt safe and comfortable during my oil change. They cared about my rinky dinky car more than I did.
