These men were SUPER!!! Not only did they explain to me everything they would be doing for my oil change, they were checking my air filters and found out I had been driving a vehicle I had purchased from a car lot last year, that had zero air filter in it! This after the dealership had to change an air valve sensor too! I knew my price was not going to be what the quoted me, because I needed an air filter, but he also checked the filter behind my glove box and that filter was black! My vehicle is a 2018, and that filter was original, if not, just a few years passed new! I am so grateful to t he staff at Jiffy Lube, who, just by doing their checklist, was able to save me a fortune in costly repairs down the road! But they weren't just selling me more than I needed, they put the filters in that I NEEDED!

I got an oils change here Tim gave me a water bottle which was really nice on a hot sunny day and did my oil change really fast he was the goat

Quick service, friendly personnel at the shop, real professional with the customers, this is my store, im coming back next oil change as well.

Since i have been in Tucson this is the only place I go to get my oil changed and have been through two vehicles now and they are always helpful and just honest. Tim is great and so is Isaiah.
