I don’t remember their names but I’ve come to this location twice now for my oil changes and everyone has been super amazing and helpful! Best customer service and my questions always get answered in a way that helps me understand what’s happening and why things should be replaced without it being forced on me.

I was driving by and noticed Dylan standing by the road with a sign in this heat which got my attention. Then realized I do need an oil change and pulled in. Followed by a great and quick service by everyone. Very friendly and great service

These men were SUPER!!! Not only did they explain to me everything they would be doing for my oil change, they were checking my air filters and found out I had been driving a vehicle I had purchased from a car lot last year, that had zero air filter in it! This after the dealership had to change an air valve sensor too! I knew my price was not going to be what the quoted me, because I needed an air filter, but he also checked the filter behind my glove box and that filter was black! My vehicle is a 2018, and that filter was original, if not, just a few years passed new! I am so grateful to t he staff at Jiffy Lube, who, just by doing their checklist, was able to save me a fortune in costly repairs down the road! But they weren't just selling me more than I needed, they put the filters in that I NEEDED!
