I was in and out in for an oil change in 20 minutes. The tech offered some extra services, but there was no pressure when I chose to opt out. I'm happy to pay for that kind of convenience. And you do. With the $10 coupon, it was $120 for an oil change and coolant top up for a small SUV, which is a bit steep, but so so convenient. I will likely go back.

Cristian, Brandon, and Vic are so incredibly kind. They informed me what was going on during the whole service and kindly recommended what maintenance my car needs to stay safe and healthy. I appreciated this experience as I've always gone to Jiffy Lube but never quite had this kind of kindness. Prices are always great, too. I'd feel comfortable sending anyone here!

Vic is the GOAT. I just purchased a used Toyota with no history. I came in to see if they would look at my oil and tell me if I needed an oil change. He took a look and told me I was a wt short and diagnosed I had about 1k left before my next oil change was due. I asked him to top it off for me for the $14 fee. However, once it came time to pay, he refused to take me money. This kind gesture of humanity is how Jiffy Lube won over a customer for life. I will be recommending Vic @ Jiffy Lube on Tanque Verde and Kolb to everyone that owns a car. Everyone I know owns a car! Thank you Vic. I hope Jiffy Lube recognize who they have in you.

Got my oil changed & tires rotated. I drove in around 9:30 and only had one car ahead of me, great little corner shop. Was helped right away and they got started on my car after about 10 minutes. Victor was super helpful and let me know what services I needed at my current mileage (and which I did not!) Flushed my brake fluid and got me out of there in about 30 minutes, so I didn’t have to wait long and the lobby was comfortable. Will definitely go back!
