I loved my experience today getting an oil change with JMicheal!! He was very sociable and made sure we felt comfortable. It was almost like he was an old friend and we were meeting up again!!

I had to bring my vehicle into J. Lube on Ina a few times for various things over the last few years and those guys are all great to deal with. No B.S. and they get it done quickly. Ask for JMichael!

Went in to get my oil changed. Brandon helped me out. Very knowledgeable about cars and what's needed. Very friendly and professional in every aspect. Answered my questions and provided information that I wasn't informed of either for moving forward on my vehicle. Service overall was really quick, it did pick up, but brandon and his crew got me in an out within 20 mins.

Went to get a quick oil change before work and drove right in, was able to stay in the car while they did their thing. It was quick and convenient. I was greeted by Brandon, he was welcoming and customer service was great. I would have gave at least a 4.5 star rating if it was an option only because they forgot to reset my oil life feature on the car…. Not a big deal as thats easy to do myself. Other than that, they were all great and I will be a returning customer.

Jmicheal got me in quick and let me know about all the services they provide without trying to upsell me on stuff i didnt need. I didn't grab the other guys name but when he checked my air filter he did show me it was getting dirty but said it still had another oil change to go till it needed replacing if i didnt want to do it this time.

Service was excellent! Bradley had the oil change completed in under 20 minutes. Lobby had free WiFi, which my son really appreciated!! Thanks guys!
