Bobby, Edward, and James were extremely helpful. I came in for a free fluids top up and they figured out why my windshield wiper fluid was empty. They quickly patched that hose up and I was on my way! Very friendly! Excellent service!

I came in today for my first oil change here, and I was really impressed both by the quality of their work but also by how well they actually did everything.

I was greeted very quickly when I arrived and they figured out the problem my car was having and gave me choices!! And once they were done, they recommended other procedures that my car needed to be done for the next time and also be gave me money saving tips for when I return to get my next procedure done. Thank you very much Robert at work and Bobby I greatly appreciate you all!!

Quick and easy I love Jiffy Lube!!!

I was driving through Tucson on a road trip from Texas to California and I couldn't get in to get the oil changed before we left, so we stopped at this Jiffy Lube in Tucson to get it done. Bobby was the service rep that met us at the driveway. He was very friendly and helpful and he explained the packages to me and I chose the package that had the fuel additive because he told me his own personal experience with his truck, and how the additive added 100 miles to his tank of gas. That impressed me. While the team was doing the work, each person took the time to show me the oil stick, and explain everything that was going on. From Robert to James C. to the district manager (didn't catch his name) who happened to be there that day, everyone was wonderful. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I would highly recommend using the Ina Rd. location in Tucson. It was the best oil change experience I've ever had. Thanks guys!!

It was really hot today and as soon as he saw my car pull in, he immediately got me in the bay, gave me a water bottle and asked if I wanted to wait in the waiting room. My car was finished in under 15 minutes. Strong reliable service everytime I come here regardless of time of day.
