I was in Tempe heading for a road trip home to Connecticut a young man named Adam was very helpful he did oil change checked my fluids my tires and all filter he was very pleasant and knowledgeable I highly recommend this jiffy lube if u live in the area !

I was refused for an oil change at 1 facility yet happily accepted at yours ??. My Belgian Malinois was actively working and it did not scare the technician off. He still proceeded with caution and shared that he understands my boy is doing his job, assisting Mgr brought water for my dog and I and remained on top of great customer service. Thank you Jiffy Lube. The gentleman that took care of my car is A1. I forgot his name though ??. Bald light skinned, maybe middle eastern, looks like a protective ole school Mafia guy w/a belly that says Home feeds me good ??

Adam was the absolute best. I am a younger girl who knows nothing about cars. I get very anxious about having to take my car for things by myself, and I was already having a bad week. Adam was beyond kind, understanding, and made me feel very comfortable, it made my day. It was super quick as well. I would try to ask for him if you can. Thank you so much Adam!!

Ignacio was a star! He was extremely kind and explained everything to me in a way I understood. He gave great advice on a repair that needed to be done outside of Jiffy Lube. I will definitely go back just because of Igancio! Price for full synthetic oul change was high, but the service I received was worth the cost.

Quick in and out experience. Came for, and received, an oil change service. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Was offered several options for my vehicle and chose the one most suited for my needs…which were met gloriously! Super easy. NOT super cheap. Worth it for my time constraints without compromising quality. Highly recommended if you are short on time. Similar experience to going to a dealership service, with the super high price.

This location has extremely fast service and they give you the option to sit in your car durring an oil change. Wait times are far less time consuming in the morning. I drove up at 10am and was in and out in under 20 minutes.

I only had one experience with them, and it was good, I took my Honda Accord for an oil change, I left the car with them and came to pick it up after few hours. The staff were nice and the car was ready on time. I didn't experience any problem with them.
