Very professional and was given recommendations on what my car needs to have serviced. Gentleman at the front was very knowledgeable and was understanding when I told him I would make an appointment for the future to have the car serviced for the things that were wrong. I was not pushed to have those things fixed right away and there with them as I have been in the past.

Always excellent customer service when I come here for my oil changes. There was no wait so in and out fast and Jacob graciously helped me out with the cost of the filters and got me a discount. Almost everytime I come in the employees go out of their way to find a discount or coupon to help lower the cost. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Great staff. The sign one of the employees was holding got my attention and I pulled right in to no waiting and great friendly service. Thank you guys for being so awesome. My puppy loved the visit too. Also thank you for helping with the coupon.

Road readiness check on Daddy’s truck before a long trip. They checked fluids, tires, belts, filters and wipers. All good. Fixed windshield chips so they wouldn’t get cracks. Friendly staff, professional, good communication and for less than I expected.

Very professional and kind. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. I have always used Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed and will continue to do so. Always a great experience!

They checked the air filter. We double check it cause they said they don't carry that particular one. The mice had built a small nest in there n they left it. Why? Ugh My husband just informed me, he didn't see them check it. Sorry. Maybe they didn't since they didn't have another one.

Very expensive. Over $200 for oil changed, air filter change, and cabin air filter change.

The manager, Matt, was very impressive and helped me to know additional thing I need to do with both my cars. The service was amazing.

They did a good job , very fast. They rotated my tires as well, all things done in less than an hour. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is because of the electronic coupons didn't work with the Snowflake location, but the attendant made up for it by applying a paper coupon that actually gave me a better discount value. So the store really got 5 stars, but "Jiffy Lube" needs to make sure their coupons work at any store.
