Awesome experience ??

Great experience. Was traveling long distance when my change oil message came on. They got me right in. Very quick and I was on my way. Thanks Jiffy lube team in Snowflake Az.

The front counter personnel was fantastic. She was very friendly and very informative as to what needed to be done. She was also upfront about the costs. My service was excellent. However, the costs to get an oil change and to purchase the cabin and engine filters was very expensive. I'll continue to use Jiffy Lube for oil changes only. I can replace the filters in my truck on my own for half of what it cost me to have Jiffy Lube do it.

Needed a quote on installing shock absorbers on my truck. They were very helpful friendly and provided the information via a hardcopy with exact breakdown on prices.

Without a doubt, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any Jiffy Lube, the manager Cristal was right on top of it and was sincere and knowledgeable about everything I was seeking without being pompous and over bearing! She directed her team like the true professional she is. I have been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes over my multitude of years driving and I can honestly say this was truly a positive experience! Her CSR / cashier ( sorry I don’t remember her name) but was extremely proficient and knowledgeable as well in handling my needs and competing my transaction! I will have no difficulty at all recommending this team to those in my community!
