I was in a hurry and I needed an oil change in a “Jiffy.” The crew at McDowell on Wednesday before noon made sure they could accommodate me and get me on my way. All the men were customer service focused, which I greatly appreciated.

The staff was awesome!

Had a very easy and great experience with this Jiffy Lube. The manager MJ was super helpful and respectful. He helped me understand what was going on with the car and exactly what was being done to it. MJ, Jessie and Armando did an amazing job and I will definitely coming back to this location. Very quick and simple.

Gentleman who assisted me was courteous and did nothing I didn't ask him to do..... honesty.

Came into Jiffy Lube, cause I was having some issues with my oil leaking and my power steering fluid leaking as well…The team there checked my oil, checked my power steering fluid to indicate that both were extremely low actually refilled them for me for free! I asked if I could pay them something out of courtesy and they refused the offer. Says a lot about the character integrity of this team! Thanks guys!

They were super fast with my oil change today, granted they weren’t super busy when I came in. Very friendly and always checked in with me if I needed anything else done. I was very happy with my experience today.
