I was greeted with a very friendly employee and was in and out within 20 minutes. I was also check out with an even friendlier employee. It's my favorite place to have my oil changed and will continue.

This is the cleanest Jiffy Lube I have ever been to! Waiting lounge is clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and courteous. By far the best place to get your vehicle serviced!

Service was great and the work got done fast. Used a coupon I got in the mail and paid barely more than I would have to buy the oil and filter to do it myself. They checked everything out but didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Highly recommend

Everybody was so great as usual it Jiffy Lube. This was my second visit and as long as it continues to be like this, I will never Try another place. The coupons online made it more affordable than I would’ve expected and I had my headlight Replaced And an oil change and the filters replaced, but I also just love knowing that they check my brakes and my fluids and my windshield wipers and especially because this is my daughter’s car she’s 17 years old and it gives me great peace of mind to know that everything has been inspected.

This was our second visit to Jiffy Lube. The first time they were very kind and fixed a botched oil change that had been done by a local competitor and didn’t even charge me for it. They were the only oil change shop that was still open when we realized our car was leaking oil. So grateful for their help that day especially since we were leaving on a trip the next morning. Today was a great visit too. Very fast, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them!

Got right in attendant was very considerate and to point. Bay attendants were right on guard doing everything needed and beyond, pricing very fair this was my first time there, I'd definitely go back, right there in Prescott valley infinity of Safeway

Great customer service!!

I don't think these employees get enough appreciation. Customers are rude. Everytime I am welcomed with a smile. Service techs go above and beyond. My car wouldn't start because of a unrelated issue. They fixed it, just because they didnt want me to be stranded elsewhere. Who does that anymore?
