I always go to this location because the great service they always accept coupons from the website ,Juan gave me great customer service it’s really important for me that I can get help from someone who spoke Spanish !

I didn’t have my jack, so I took the car into this Jiffy Lube location, and the two employees got me right in and out. They were very courteous, helpful, and professional, and checked for any leaks as well. I will definitely keep taking my vehicle to them, and would recommend them to anyone with a busy schedule, or simply because it’s too damn hot here in Phoenix to be under a car! Thank you Jiffy Lube.

I never have a bad experience with this location of Jiffy Lube. The guts are all very respectful and helpful. They don't bombard with sales pitches and try to sell stuff u don't need. They check everything and provide excellent quality service.

Good job by the guys that changed my oil, etc. No complaints. Even pointed out to me that it looked like cats were getting into my engine area, i.e., clumps of cat fur were visible. I appreciate that they pointed it out to me.
