Great crew and service !

Vic is the best mechanic and manager Jiffy Lube has, period. I will forever go to his store wherever he may be relocated. Never had any issues with him or his new employees. He trains well, is knowledgeable in every aspect of a vehicle. I appreciate his hard work and outstanding customer service. He never sells anything you don't need, which most managers do, they pull things and almost demand to get a product. They don't explain the 'why you need it' or 'why it's beneficial to get'. Vic always explains what's needed and why even if you didn't ask for it, he spots it and brings it to the attention of the customer!

Between price, time and convenience its a 3.5-4 star. When they learn to clean up the oil mess in engin compartment and under engine area they coukd be a 5 star but cleanliness of oil seems to not be their forte

This is the wright place to go. No issues. No fluff no hassle. Direct communication. Good people. Nice. Clean. No weird smells.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube today! I came in for an oil change, and the team also topped off my coolant, changed my filters, and replaced a brake light. The service was incredibly fast, efficient, and thorough. A huge thank you to Victor, Kenneth, Jon, and Ethan for making the experience so pleasant. They were all professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not often you find a team that’s both quick and genuinely kind. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

This location specifically does a great job, I’ve visited other locations in the East Valley, but this is the one I would recommend. Kind, caring, professional and quick service every time.

Even if I have to go out of my way, I will 100% be returning to this location. Clean friendly , and quick! That being said……JIFFY LUBE COPERATE. SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT PROVIDING THEM A STANDING UMBRELLA OR SOME SORT OF SHADE while they come outside to do the initial intake. How much money you guys make….whats a $100 to help keep these folks cool???? How about you come out here to ARIZONA and sit in the sun for 5 minutes. You’d be complaining in 20 seconds. This should be a state law or something. Get them SHADE!!!!!!!! Thank you again Victor, you are awesome ??
