Very nice employees. It was a hot day and they brought cold water out to everyone waiting for service. They explained what they were doing every step of the way.

I brought my car in because it's sensors indicated I needed an oil change. The techs checked and determined that I did not yet need service on the car - it has less than 1500 miles on it. I will certainly take the car back to Jiffy Lube when the time comes for service.

The guys here provide excellent service with reasonable prices and make sure your car is taken care of. I take every one of my vehicles to this jiffy!!

You really have a great team here. They greet you, they are courteous, they explain everything and make the whole process easy. Thank those staff for me. I continue to drive out of my way going to this specific store for a reason.

Oil change went smoothly. Ashton was great! He kept me informed during the process, was friendly and funny. Was a little delay getting started because the other person didn't show up until 8:00 and then took about 10 minutes until he was ready to start.

Went out of the way to get my old car approved. Great dedicated crew.

This is my favorite place to get my oil changed! Gregory was so nice and knowledgeable. I had questions and he kindly answered them. When I was paying my bill, he asked if I had any coupons. He said I could get them online but since I gave him my email, coupons would be sent directly to me. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube on the south side of Guadalupe just east of Ellsworth.
