I went into Jiffy Lube and I was thrilled with the service I received. The staff was so friendly and willing to share their knowledge and experience and assist with such a variety of needs. I didn't realize the range of services offered. Management is doing something right here.

I frequently use Jiffy Lube when I’m out of town traveling or if I just need a quick oil change I always get good service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very short staffed the day I was there very hot 109 degrees In Phoenix! But the 2 employees did a great job getting customers in and out without complaining……

Great service! Starting from the first contact via phone to the closing out of the ticket, great service and customer appreciation. Reese did an excellent job not just with me but there was an another customer she dealt with.. well, she was a delight to interact with the whole time. They should clone her and drop them off at other Jiffy Lubes across the country. Get your coupons at Jiffy Lubes website and stop in there and say “Hi”. Thank you Reese.

The staff and entire experience was wonderful. I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes, and wasn’t pressured into buying anything extra, or upgrading my choice of oil. The lobby was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and quick. This was by far the best jiffy lube experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting my oil changed at jiffy lube locations all over the valley for the past 20 years.

I’ve never had a faster oil change! The team was friendly, speedy and efficient. I also appreciate that they were straightforward about pricing and services I needed. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.

Quick service and everyone was nice. Be aware they do not have a break tech so you would need to go to a different location if you need anything brake related outside of a brake inspection done
