Professional, friendly

Took my 2016 Volvo xc70 in for a transmission fluid exchange. It's not a common car around here so wasn't sure they could do it. I appreciated their candor regarding this and some other potential issues with my transmission. Ultimately they were able to do the work quickly and at a very reasonable price. Car shifts smoother and drives better. I'm very happy.

Needed an oil change at Jiffy Lube today. The staff was very friendly and able to get my car in the shop expeditiously. Shout out to Casey and Erika, who were able to make the experience quick and simple for me. Would recommend to anyone needing car maintenance.

Great customer service and helpful advice

I took my elderly neighbors car in for an oil change. Erica and Casey were absolutely fantastic. And I had to go back for a question and the district manager took care of me in probably two minutes, but I can't remember his name. Totally satisfied!

I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They truly seem to have the customers best interests in mind and will help stretch a dollar. The wait was minimal and the customer service area was top notch….AND they’re open on Sundays.
