Great place and amazing people! Emily was a very funny sweet girl she was a great help. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!! she explained everything great just overall very friendly. But it is WAY to hot outside give your employees fans! I was sweating just sitting there give them some air it was hot.

Colton was awesome. Broke everything down for us and there was no pressure to buy anything we didnt need.

Emily and the team were so helpful and kind! Had a great time while I was getting my oil changed and they did an amazing job checking over my car!!!

The guys at this location are absolutely fantastic. Amazing customer service, and they do a great job every time. We happened upon them accidentally while visiting Fort Smith, and now we drive an hour in one direction to get our oil changed here.

The staff were super nice, funny, fast & knowledgeable. Plus, it was awesome to have a female mechanic there. I am now going to start taking my vehicles to them for anything they can work on.

I came into the shop an hour before closing and was helped by Sam and Cotton. They were the only ones on staff that day so it took longer than expected. However, they were both kind , polite, and hard working, even going past closing by a couple minutes to make sure they could finish working on my car.

Had oil change plus new air and cabin filters replced on my car. The young men were very courteous & helpful.I had questions about my car's transmission and brakes. They answered me with simplicity and like a professional would. I recommend these guys at Jiffy Lube on Waldron Road.

Super professional and kind. Very to the point and explanatory of everything. Kaleb and Alex were the ones who i had the pleasure of interacting with and they were very quick and efficient. Would highly recommend. Pricey but no more than anywhere else and they were so kind and awesome. Wish i could give 100 stars!

Easily one of the best and friendliest services I’ve had. They did a diagnostic and broke down everything that may need service in the future. There were only 3 workers but they had me in and out within 20 minutes. Top Tier service, they easily deserve a pay raise.

Got there I was in and out they do an exceptional job they check everything and they will print it out for you. And right now they have a special going on it's either half off or $26 off depending on if you get synthetic or traditional. Emily was great she was very professional and knew exactly what she was talking about and explained everything that she looked at and found on my vehicle.. I went in for a simple oil change and was blown away at how efficient they were.

The technician Kaleb T was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and communicated well with everything they were doing while changing my oil.

This Jiffy Lube always does a GREAT job. I always get the same oil change when needed and whoever is there (I’ve had multiple people service my vehicle over my visits) always is polite and respectful. Today it just so happened to be Caleb and Jacob.

I’ve trusted Jiffy Lube first a decade plus in California. My first visit to Jiffy Lube in Fort Smith off of Waldron was just as great.
