excellent service.. friendly but yet professional staff..

Very friendly and great service

Staff was very nice. Service was quick. Sam and Tee took good care of my wife.

I don’t leave reviews very often. But this was exceptional. I had issues with take 5 and was already very frustrated but jiffy lube took great care of me. Tee was very sweet and bubbly. She took me out of my bad mood and had a smile the whole time! Rest of the crew was also very nice and everything was very clean for a shop. Will come back again!

Amazing staff, explained everything and was able to get us a great deal on our oil change. Tee is amazing. Will definitely be back for future services.

Professional service and quick to let me know what my car needed to run efficiently! The waiting area was clean, crispy cool, and cold water to drink as you wait. The service members are nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My car has found a home for all its oil, brakes, and coolant needs.

I cannot think of a better customer service experience in recent memory than what I experienced at the Jiffy Lube on Phoenix Ave. yesterday. All three employees I spoke with were extremely friendly and went truly above and beyond. Whoever is hiring at this location is recruiting those with great mechanical skills and even greater people skills. I've never left a review before today, but could not let service this high quality go unknown.

I got great and fast service. They knew I was in a hurry so they worked quickly, and had it finished faster than I have ever had an oil change.

The guys that work there were very attentive and got right on my oil change,and had it done in a very timely manner. I dont think the checked the air pressure in my tires tho? All and all it was a good experience

We had to bring our rental vehicle in with a flat after picking it up on a Saturday and not only were they super fast about getting us on the road (we were already 3 hours behind) they didn’t charge us even though I was more than willing to pay for their work.

Everyone here is always extremely nice and they have the best customer service! I get my oil Changed here. They are always consistent and always extremely friendly. If you need a place to get your oil changed or your tires rotated go check them out because you will have nothing to worry about and they get you in and out quickly.

Great service! Professional and helpful! I had my dog with me and they provided water and a bowl/cup for my pup during the sweltering hot day.

This place is great ! Great customer service fort smith store 3961 they helped repair my tire and were so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone for auto care. Caden was super nice and Cody was the muscle fixing my tire. Thanks guys great customer service !
