Ron at Jiffy Lube did an outstanding job on my radiator service, coolant exchange, and oil change. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without any upselling. The work was done quickly and thoroughly, and my car has been running cooler and smoother ever since. Highly recommend asking for Ron — great service all around. Ron is the man.

Had an oil change done today. Upon arriving home, had some car issues. Caleb from the Bentonville location called me regarding my issues and told me to come right back in… He handled all of the issues quickly and professionally. It was a great moment of Taking care of a customer.

Great people, good mechanic. My truck broke down i thought I was going to need an appointment but the mechanic there took care of me asap and got me running again within the time he said it was going to take. Big thanks to the crew the helped me out.

Very clean, very polite, and surprisingly fast even though they had to “order“ the oil for my car. They said it would take about 20 minutes for it to arrive, but I believe it showed up in 15 minutes. On top of that, they found that my front differential fluid was nearly empty… Which was quite surprising considering it was just at a BMW specific shop only two months ago! It wasn’t a leak or anything, but rather it was simply very low and very old. Considering it was an unexpected cost, they gave me a slight discount on the entire service, which made me quite happy. They also let me know that my rear brake pads were due, but advised that I had a good amount of time to wait. I’ll definitely be returning to them for the rear differential service, possibly the transfer case service, and definitely my next oil change.
