10/10 experience. I went 30 mins after open on a Saturday for an oil change and didn't wait. I got a coupon and stayed in the car (they did have a nice lounge) took maybe 30 mins because I had questions, its a new to me. Would definitely go back.

The 4 guys who worked on my van were AMAZING ??!! Professional, quick, courteous, and very helpful!! I will be back again!! ?? ????

Very professional work

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was extremely friendly. They welcomed me and my dog. The office was like a corporate office - incredibly clean and neat. They were very clear in explaining what they were recommending and the costs. And then I forgot my phone. I realized it on my way home and assumed they probably already left since it was an hour past closing time. But to my surprise two jiffy lube team members, Derrick and Cody, were waiting there till patiently till around 6:30pm - about 90 mins after the 5pm time the shop closed - just to give me back my phone! All I can say is that I was loyal to jiffy lube before (there was a non-jiffy lube oil change place much closer to me where I was staying but we always prefer to go to jiffy lube) but i am now a fan of jiffy lube for life. Thank you and may God continue to bless jiffy lube and the entire jiffy lube team with great success!

Very knowledgeable and great customer service

The service technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable. If my car needs anything other than an oil change, they discuss it with me and let me know the cost up front. Then it’s up to me whether I get it done then or come back another time to do it.

Fast but their up sales little shady

My first visit today at Jiffy Lube in trussville. I had a coupon but didn't understand the difference in the price of synthetic and regular oil LOL I also wanted to get my tires rotated. I was having a bit of hesitation about the cost even with a coupon so the manager came out and agreed to honor a coupon for regular oil even though my car and he used synthetic oil to change it and replace it. He did not have to do that they were all very nice and I am a Jiffy Lube customer for life. Shout out to Derrick and his awesome team in Trussville!

I would like to say that the Jiffy lube in Trussville is a fantastic place to visit when you need light car repair or an oil change. These folks truly care about the customer, unlike some other places that are in Trussville.

Quick, easy, and professional! Didn’t push any “upscales” on me. Offered additional services, and when I said, “No, thank you” it was left at that. I didn’t have to explain myself or make excuses. I appreciate that.

What a nice experience I had at Jiffy. Such gentlemen. Opened and closed car door for me entering and leaving. Seat was pulled back to original position. Faced car in direction of road for easy exit. It’s the small acts of kindness that make you want to be a repeat customer. Told me about available coupons and got a discount on tire rotation with my oil change. Lobby and bathrooms perfectly clean.
