Jiffy Lube in Troy Al is amazing.

Headed to Gulf Shores from KY by way of Troy. Arrive at family’s house early evening and discover my skid plate had come loose. Wanted that fixed before we continued on to the beach so we went to Jiffy Lube. As we pulled up, the manager (whose name I don’t catch, unfortunately,) walks outside to greet us and immediately notices why we’re there. She got us in to an open bay immediately, and they were able to reattach the skid plate. Had us out in under 20 minutes. Super friendly and helpful. If I ever have car issues in Troy again. I will definitely return, and would highly recommend them to anyone else!

I brought four vehicles in for oil changes over the weekend. The same 4 young men who serviced the vehicles were professional and hard working. Javier welcomed me upon arrival and offered me cold water on a hot day. Dutton went over additional service options that were informative without pressuring me to buy unnecessary services. Some of these services I purchased, others I did not. Eric directed me to online coupons helping me get value of the work gone. Both Dutton and Eric printed out tire options I could take back to the owners on the vehicles. There was another young man with dark hair and a beard who worked on my family’s vehicles who was equally professional and hard working whose name I did not learn. Finally while I was getting my oil changed I noticed an older woman drive in . She just wanted her tire pressure checked. Eric did this , giving her a bottle of cold water before doing this. And it did not look like she had to pay. The owner of this Jiffy lube must value helping the community and has employees carry out this task. I do not live in Troy, but I would take my vehicle here if a did.

My daughter, who is a student in Troy, Alabama had a flat tire. She stopped at Jiffy Lube , where the mechanic promptly assist her by changing the rim so the spare donut tire would fit. He also checked the air pressure and completed work immediately. We greatly appreciated the quick help and professionalism. We highly recommend the Jiffy Lube Team in Troy, Alabama.

This is my first time at a Jiffy Lube establishment and let me start off by saying I will definitely be returning. The customer service was AMAZING!! The service was quick, informative, and easy to understand. I came for an oil change and they did a full inspection and ensured that I understood everything and went above and beyond to make sure service was perfected. I highly recommend this location to any and everyone!

They were so nice up there. The young man explained everything loud n clearly. Im very happy with my visit and I will be returning.

These guys did a great job, friendly, fast efficient. They gave me several recommendations for preventive maintenance for my vehicle. Highly recommend them, will use them in the future!!

I had a bad experience with this place. They accidentally overfilled my oil on my last oil change there, but the follow up after I complained about it was top notch. The store manager as well as the District Manager contacted me asking how they could make it right. I was very impressed with how they handled their screw-up.

My experience with Jiffy Lube was awesome they greeted me with smiles and the guys were all courteous and they got me in and out of there as quickly as possible they kept me updated on what they were doing and I was grateful for that so stop by if you need their service

i’ve only been here twice, but both times have been a great experience. everyone is very friendly , especially the one guy that usually takes my info. It is pricey, BUT both times they’ve had really good coupons going on that helped me afford it.
