Every team member I encountered was most helpful, courteous and efficient in their job......a pleasure to deal with!

5-Star Review for Jiffy Lube in Semmes, AL ????? I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Semmes today! The team was very thorough with my service — they took the time to check everything carefully and explained what they were doing. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how professional they were. What stood out even more was how generous they were. While I waited, they brought me a cold bottled water, which was a nice touch on a hot Alabama day. It’s the little things like that that make you feel truly valued as a customer. If you’re in the Semmes area and need quick, reliable oil change or auto service, I highly recommend this location. They do quality work with a friendly attitude. I’ll definitely be back! ?? Fast, friendly service. Informative analysis of what the car needed and could wait for. There was a bit of up selling but no pressure to buy.

I went to Jiffy Lube Oil Change on Schillinger Rd in Mobile, AL. They were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. They showed me both of my filters, and we're honest with me about whether or not they needed to be changed. I was advised that one needed to be changed and the other one could wait till my next oil change. I appreciated the honesty and how quickly they got my oil change done. I am giving them five stars in would highly recommend them to everyone. This is the only place I will be going to get my oil changed from now on.
