I was passing through the area today needed my oil changed and everything checked about I had the privilege of meeting the manager Mr Derek he was very polite professional and awesome store was very clean prices were reasonable in really beat the fellow competition of Express Oil Change in other companies I will be back when I'm in the area

Me and my partner came in with mechanical issues of cranking. When we got that fixed, it had to be brought back due to some other issues. Not related to what they did, but they fixed it. But when it was brought back, we suffered damage by the towing company that brought it, they did not want to stand behind it. So we had to go to have it fixed by our own personal auto Mr.Derek the manager stood behind us and helped us get the issue. Created by the other towing service that brought it in that damaged it his customer service and manager skills are top rate

I come in with a cranking electrical issue they were able to very quickly and reasonably get the issue fixed it had to be towed back once local wrecker service that brought it through AAA damaged my rear end on my 2010 suburban AAA did not stand behind it I had to go to my personal insurance he helped to get everything fixed it took a moment but he had customer care first. At the end he needs more than five stars
