This was the first time I've used jiffy lube, I will definitely use them again. The young man that serviced my Tahoe was very polite and explained everything. An over all pleasant experience. In today's society that is really saying something.

Super quick and easy experience!! The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t pressure me into extra services.

Well, I arrived a little bit after 4pm and there was only one car in the stall. Wow, my lucky day. I filled out some information that didn’t take long. By the time I finished, the gentleman walked me to the lobby and offered complimentary water or coffee. I sat in the lobby about 20/25 minutes. When the work was completed, Marcus checked me out and I was good to go. The gentlemen were very courteous and professional. Thank you Mr. Marcus Mr. Derrek

Every time I come here they are always so kind to me and always listen when I have concerns. I saw them bring a lady out to listen to her car so that she would know what it’s supposed to sound like. Very kind to everyone! Never been condescending any time I’ve come here.
