Jiffy Lube did what they said they would do

They got me in for an oil change and tire rotation quickly and had the work done efficiently. Plus they had a coupon.

The Manager was very nice, very thorough, and she made me feel like she really cared about my vehicle, as well as my satisfaction for the service that I received! That made me feel like I could trust the work that was done on my 2019 Ram! Customer Service like that is lacking in today’s society! I also heard and watched her interactions with other customers, and it was as if she loved every one of them!! This was my first time to Jiffy lube in Alabama, but thanks to the service I received today; this is my place of TLC for my Big Red Beauty, Her name is Ruby, and she is my 2019 Dodge Ram Classic! Thank you Jiffy Lube!!????

Edward was friendly and the staff was attentive and thorough with their inspection and oil change.

I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced and am more than satisfied with the service. Abby and Nicholas were so awesome. I felt welcomed and at home and even though they shared recommendations, I wasn’t pressured into doing it right then which meant a lot.. thanks guys

Amber runs that place like a well oiled machine and she has a big personality to be so small. Nick did a wonderful job on my SUV. The part store sent the wrong part he personally went and picked up my part. They serviced my SUV and it was very affordable to the wallet.

Ed, and the team at Jiffy, did a tune up on my Hyundai Elantra. They were fast and kept me informed about what else was going on with my car. We will be using this location from now on.

This place takes a little longer than your normal “10 minute” oil changes but to me it’s well worth it. They always seem to care about their job and check the car out completely. Never once have they pressured me into any services and they always help me find the best applicable coupon for my service.

Fast, efficient, best price around (I called) if you have your own oil & filter (I always do)

Was very pleased with the service provided from this Jiffy Lube! Mike and Will did a fantastic job! They provided a full analysis of not only what they had completed, but also a ton of other maintenance checks that were in good standing as well like the air & cabinet filter. They also gave a free car wash voucher. ????????
