I can’t express enough how awesome Jiffy Lube off Peger Road is. I have 0 complaints and have been going there for years. This is my go to car shop. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They are also very knowledgeable. My favorite part is they are fast and the prices are great. Highly recommend this shop for all your needs

super-fast and professional service

Robert and the team are great! The jiffy lube peger location has been my go to for my '25 chevy tahoe & '24 silverado 2500 and other past vehicles i have had for over 3 4yrs now! If there's something that's not right on my vehicle they are quick to let me know and the service is fast and thorough!

Friendly fast just didn’t have tire guy on and need tire rotation so had to go to another place.

Everytime I bring my car for an oil change the customer service is fantastic, the wait time is very reasonable averaging 15 minutes (my longest wait was 30 minutes), and the mechanical knowledge exceptional. I highly recommend this location!

At my last oil change, the College Rd location went above and beyond. My Skid plate was half on and dragging on the road. They took it off for me. Plus, they changed my headlight when there was 10 minutes before close. Friendly staff and excellent service. Thank you.

I wanted to get my oil changed after work last week. They had me in and out in about 45 minutes. Service was great and affordable.

This was my first time ever using jiffy lube and it was great. I was nervous at first because I didn't know how it worked but everyone was super nice and worked quickly. The female tech talked with my toddler while she worked helping keep him sane. The 2 other techs worked together to get all of the tablet stuff done at the same time as working on car. When I texted my husband to let him know it was done even he said it was super quick!

I always wait until last minute to get an oil change because I hate waiting but I went Monday and I was there for maybe 30 minutes. They were all nice and helpful and quick and it was affordable!

I got there and they got me right in !!! They were super quick and even put a cap on my tire thing cause it was missing !!!!

Promptly changed my oil and got me on my way. Restroom was clean. They had complimentary coffee and bottled water.

Was in for an oil change on my 2019 dodge durango r/t. 107,896 miles or so. Haha they were amazing and had me in and out in a Jiffy. Walked me through everything they're doing and asked if I need anything else done through their pre inspection. I said I was fine and they carried on with the information and proceeded to finish my service. They offered hot chocolate. Coffee or some quality h20. The location i visited was very clean and customer service was above and beyond. You can say a well oiled gear in a smooth operation. If you're in a rush or have no time for a long wait week like the dealerships I say Jiffy Lube is a perfect place to take your vehicle.

Quick and hassle free oil changes. I've been using Jiffy Lube for a few years now and highly recommend them. They have always done a good job on all my vehicles.

The service seems to be fine. We were delayed 30 minutes from the advertised wait time. An employee explained they had to wait for another employee to arrive. I appreciated the bottle of water offered to me. The employees were pleasant to deal with.

I had a great experience from Jiffy Lube. I got there 15 minutes before they opened on a Monday.....I was expecting a long line and I was the first one there. I was greeted very friendly. They opened on time and had me come to the waiting room as they drove the car in for service. They recommended a few things as they always do, but I was not pressured into getting them done like most places do. I did take advantage of the passenger air filter as I did not know how to get to it and it did need replacing. The cost was minimal. They did a thorough inspection and topped off my fluids. The price was reasonable for Alaska standards. The time I was there was only about 20 minutes tops and I was on my way. They brought the car to the front entrance for me and reminded me that I can get fluids topped off for free anywhere Jiffy Lube is in America. I had a wonderful experience. i usually do not like getting oil changes as they always recommend 1000 dollars worth of services and try to pressure you into the importance of needing them. I will surely use them again. Thank you for the great experience.

They were very helpful, straightforward, and patient. I dropped my car of for a routine oil change along with checking for anything damaged and they were done in less than 20 minutes (including waiting time after a customer ahead of me). These guys are my go to for years since living here.

Great prices and wonderful staff. Coffee and water always available along with a restroom inside. Seating and television is nice when waiting on your vehicle. The wait is not long at all either.
