I had an oil change done ? No appointment. Fast efficient and courteous service

Great experience. Was done in a Jiffy.

No pain oil change. Never even had to exit my vehicle. Everyone was professional and thorough, even a little too thorough as my windshield got washed twice??. Will definitely visit again.

Long wait but I was told about that as I pulled up. I appreciated the heads up giving me the choice. Once I pulled in they worked well as team and had me out in no time.

This place is the only shop I trust with my car! The guys are always really sweet and do a thorough job. I love that they are honest and transparent and always let me know what they are doing before they do it. Wish every shop was like this one!! Oh,and they play the best music!

I have always had a great experience at this location. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and prompt with service. It’s easy to swing in for oil changes or other services; I’m able to wait comfortably at the location and work is done quickly. They’ve been a great shop to take my Toyota rav4 to for the last few years! They keep me on the road and my car in great shape. Daniel is always knowledgeable and friendly when wrapping up the appointments. Sometimes I feel like they’re quick to try and up charge appointments, but always politely understand when I decline or have to delay a service. I will keep coming back!

Being an out of towner, I chose this Jiffy because of ratings and reviews. They didn’t lie. Excellent service and in a timely manner. Oil and filter and fuel filter. Price was in line with other anchorage prices.

I pulled in to get an oil change and was directed into a bay within a few minutes. I was allowed to stay in my car while the crew completed a full check and oil change and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. Great experience.

Took my car in the get the fluids checked. The car has been leaking fluid and wanted to check to make sure the levels were safe. The technician was courteous, helpful, efficient and did his job in a timely manner. Thank you for your service. I’m sure we will be back again.

Courteous and professional staff. Quick service, not to mention their music was the topper of the experience. As a 90’s kid, 2000’s music makes the experience more enjoyable. When in Alaska, will keep this Jiffy Lube in mind for all my mechanical needs!

It was absolutely a great experience for my first time. I just arrived in Alaska and was told to go to the Jiffy Lube in Anchorage, specifically the one on Bragaw Street. Now I know why, Junior introduced himself and welcomed me, I explained what I needed and that’s exactly what I received…along with much more! He pointed out during the servicing all that was being done and how much Lon it would take to get back on the road. I was in and out and the service was exceptional, and this is why I will be a customer for life!

Ran in here the other day for an oil change on my Subaru Outback and it was super fast and the guys checked everything- oil, lights, fluids, tire pressure etc, and it was about $60. The guys were extremely professional and friendly. Thanks again!!
