Love this location, they do great work and do right by our Jeep every time I live on southside now, but i still take the trip across town when the car needs a tune up

Great customer service, they did an all-around great job!

Jiffy Lube on Tudor is a well oiled machine. They have their processes down; from customer check in to checkout. Staff knows what they're doing and they're polite and courteous. I've used them for years. I've seen the staff turnover a few times, but the new guys always seem well trained. Gone are the days of the 19.99 oil change. The upsell on additional services can be a bit much but they have often pointed out preventive maintenance items that could have caused issues down the road. I would recommend Jiffy Lube on Tudor.

My favorite place to bring my vehicle for oil changes! They've been servicing oil changes on my truck since 2017. The techs there are professional-yet laid back enough for a comfortable atmosphere. They get the job done right and communicate upcoming or needed maintenance. Trustworthy people, I'll continue bringing my truck there.

Before they work on my car, they always makesure to notify me first. I didn't have to leave my car. It was in and out service jist like that. I thank you so much for the spectacular service.

I’ve had routine vehicle maintenance done at this Jiffy location several times over the years between two vehicles. I’ve always had a professional experience no matter the employee.

Went in to get free top off on my oil and they checked all my fluids and discovered my transmission fluid wasn’t even touching the dip stick. I was headed out on a road trip so it was a good find. Friendly and efficient. And literally no wait.

I drive a cab in Wasilla and had a fare going to anchorage, just down the street from jiffy lube on Tudor. My tire light came on so I looked. Low tire. Called and they said come on over. When I got there the very nice young man took a look, found the leak, and told me it was safe to get back to our company's tire place in Wasilla. He was fast and good at what he does. Saved my day. I wish I had gotten his name.

Fast and friendly. I love that I was able to stay in the vehicle with my child while they did oil change.

Oil changed Jeremy was very polite and knowledgeable he went above and beyond to make sure that all customers were in there including myself were well taken care of. I choose the location at Tudor road in Anchorage to do all the service for my car now. Thank you Jeremy he deserves a raise

I love my jiffy team I've been a customer for 4 years and even trust them with my daughter's car. Wonderful young men.

I came in for an oil change, got a price WAY lower than expected for high mileage oil on my 2010 Jeep. They were fast and highly efficient, kind and funny. The crew in the lobby were great, they kept me informed and I was in and out in 30 mins. The next day there was a small issue with my vehicle, the info on the dash was all in spanish instead of english. I donny speak spanish. ?? So today I went back and they got her speaking English again and topped off all my tires, including my spare! Great place, great customer service. Will be back.

Went in late afternoon got checked in right away. Got my oil and air and cabin filter serviced by Perry. Smooth fast service. Perry has good customer service.
