They were friendly and told me how long the wait would be. The wait estimate was very accurate. There was coffee available to drink while I waited.

First time I ever went to a Jiffy Lube I pulled up, 3 cars were in already 2 pulled up to go in after, I went into the 3rd spot and waited. A few guys went by working on their cars, then Jermey near the office entrance (didn’t know that was a thing lol) just giving keys to a customer, came through the shop about to go into the office, saw me, asked if I had been helped, I said no, he came over asked if I had ever been with a Jiffy Lube, I said no, he said “okay I’m going to get my tablet we’re going to get your license and some information then you’re all good” I said “great! How long?” He said “about 45 minutes, we can call you too, oh by the way you can look up online Jiffy Lube and get like $10 off” so yeah Jermey is pretty great 10/10 super straight forward, great customer service, and saved me a good chunk of money. Thank you!

Jiffy Lube on Tudor is a well oiled machine. They have their processes down; from customer check in to checkout. Staff knows what they're doing and they're polite and courteous. I've used them for years. I've seen the staff turnover a few times, but the new guys always seem well trained. Gone are the days of the 19.99 oil change. The upsell on additional services can be a bit much but they have often pointed out preventive maintenance items that could have caused issues down the road. I would recommend Jiffy Lube on Tudor.

My favorite place to bring my vehicle for oil changes! They've been servicing oil changes on my truck since 2017. The techs there are professional-yet laid back enough for a comfortable atmosphere. They get the job done right and communicate upcoming or needed maintenance. Trustworthy people, I'll continue bringing my truck there.
