Dude, you GOT to come to this place. We just came for an Oil Change, right? These awesome workers are including all these extras, which doesn't sound good on paper, but it's included for a fraction of the price! And they're super respectful! They got everything fixed up and we're back on the road. Absolutely peak service, we're coming back.

I ran to jiffy lube for an oil change. I was there once before and they had it done and out in 30 minutes. I was impressed so I took the other jeep.. they were really good about explaining what the services includes. I took the few I needed which was way cheaper than meinike, which really impressed me. They did the services right there with me in the car. We went over, headlights and break lights. The guy was super cool and very vocal what he wanted me to do. Checked tire pressure and such. I sat there while they changed oil and flushed my coolant system. It was maybe 40 minutes, actually probably less. They were good about getting me to the counter to pay. It was all a great experience. After leaving I came back thinking I left my phone at the desk. When I walked back in atleast 3 people came running to see what I needed. I was so impressed. This is defenatly the place to go. And since people usually hate to sit there and wait the can go to Costco to kill time. I love it. Thanks guys!!!! Super awesome

Great experience for my recent visit for transmission service at the Dimond Jiffy Lube.

Taisia Ale provided outstanding service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to address our concerns. Despite how busy things were, he took extra time to double-check that the correct brake fluid was being used,. He was efficient, professional, and friendly throughout the entire experience. We were in and out quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Fantastic experience- the techs seem a little rough but were so kind and thorough! I appreciated listening to the experienced ones train the newer ones- they coached through it all and I loved being part of this training process! Great service in and out very convenient

Staff was friendly and efficient. There was a bit of a wait line but once in the door, the work was quickly done. The “check-out”person reviewed their work with me to make sure I had no questions.

I always use the Jiffy Lube on Dimond. They’re usually pretty quick and do a good job. The workers are polite. I also like that I can shop at Costco while they’re working on my truck, it seems to always time out perfectly. If you choose to wait inside of Jiffy Lube, they have coffee, bottled water and a restroom.

Everything went smooth. They had a coffee machine ready and a tv in the waiting room. The employees were polite, respectful and informative. The wait time equalled out to the work done. I plan on going to Jiffy Lube for my next oil change.

These guys are awesome!!! I own Hill Communications in Alaska. Whether it is me personally bringing a vehicle through, or one of my clients, they take care of business! They also check my oil between changes for me. Preventive maintenance is the ‘true’ key to keeping your vehicle in great shape! I can always count on them to give me a ‘Bird’s Eye’ view of any issues. They are consistently professional and courteous!

I asked if they would check air pressure in my tires and re-torque my wheels. They got me in quickly and were very professional. They said normally there would be a small charge but said don't worry about it.

Excellent prompt efficient friendly knowledgeable staff & service. Knew my service record from previous visits instantly. Probably like 6 staffers were instantly on the job of my service work. Agent made suggestions for possible needs for my car. When car was done in less than 30 minutes they brought my car to the exit door so I wouldn’t have to walk in the snow & icy parking area

Drove up to garage door, had me in and out in no time, staff very friendly.
